Është realizuar me sukses në spitalin Hygeia një ndërhyrje e rrallë për nxjerrjen e monedhës metalike nga stomaku i një fëmije 3-vjeç.
Fëmija 3 vjeçar prej 7 javësh kishte gëlltitur një monedhë metalike e cila kishte ngecur në stomak dhe për këtë arsye ndiqej nga afër me ekzaminime imazherike nga mjekët pediatër dhe imazheristë.
Por në pamundësi për ta nxjerrë, fëmija u paraqit në Spitalin Hygeia ku, mjeku gastroenterolog, dr. Plarent Kapo, arriti të realizojë nxjerrjen e monedhës në rrugë endoskopike (me gastroskop) me ndihmën e forcepsit.
