Ndryshe nga Bashkitë e tjera ku kandidatët nga njëri-tjetri kanë një diferencë votash, e kundërta po ndodh në Shkodër.

Deri më tani në Shkodër janë numëruar 212 kuti nga 250, ku gara është e ngushtë mes “Shtëpisë së Lirisë” dhe Partisë Socialiste.

Bardh Spahia i Shtëpisë së Lirisë mban vendin e parë në Shkodër me 17580, ndërsa ndiqet nga Majlinda Angoni e PS me 15812 vota, ndërsa PD ka siguruar pak vota 6330.
