✅ 4 presh te medhenj, te pastruar e te prere ne feta
✅ 4 thelpinj hudher, te grira
✅ 7 kupa leng pule, perimesh ose uje
✅ 1/2 kupe oriz basmati
✅ 1 gjethe dafine
✅ Kripe e piper
1️⃣ Ne nje tenxhere vendosni vajin e ullirit ne zjarr mesatar. Shtoni preshin dhe pak kripe. E lini te gatuhet, derisa preshi te zbutet, perreth 5 minuta. Shtoni hudhren dhe e perzieni perreth 1 minute, derisa te leshoje arome. Shtoni lengun, orizin, gjethen e dafines dhe kripe sipas shijes. E lini te vloj, me pas reduktoni zjarrin, vendosni nje kapak dhe e lini te ziej perreth 30 minuta. E provoni ne shije dhe e rregulloni per kripe. Hiqni gjethen e dafines.
2️⃣ E kaloni ne nje mikser derisa te perftoni nje mase si pure. E riktheni ne tenxhere dhe e ngrohni. Shtoni piper sipas deshires dhe e servirni.
